Great location but more attention...
- What did you like most?Location. Breakfast room staff were friendly
- Was there anything you didn't like?Room wasn’t cleaned despite us requesting it to be. Room was cold and phone didn’t work. I went to reception to inform that room hadn’t been cleaned and asked for more tea and milk etc, not worried about the clean at that late stage in the day but did want more provisions. An hour later nothing had been delivered. The Beatles theme was limited we felt.
Perfect location and design but...
- What did you like most?The location and the design is great for a Beatles fan. The Beatles atmosphere truly was more than expected.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast was of good quality but quite limited. If you don't like English breakfast it is too limited. What I miss is healthy stuff and food for allergists. The room was okay but did not match our expectations. We had no views and and bad luck being so close to a Mathew Street club. The music only stopped around 1am every night.
