Hotel Features
The elegant 4-star Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is set in landscaped grounds and is 0.4 mile to the Resorts World Arena and the NEC. Birmingham International Airport and Rail Station are both within 1.5 miles. Air-conditioned bedrooms feature TVs, hairdryers and bathrobes. They also include radios, work desks and tea/coffee making facilities. All are stylishly decorated with warm colors and luxury fabrics. The restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows and offers wonderful views of the lake. There is a terrace for al fresco dining, and the bar has comfortable sofas. It also features a Starbucks Coffee Bar. The Crowne Plaza Birmingham has secure on-site parking for over 200 cars. The Bear Grylls Adventure is 0.4 mile away while the M42 is nearby and the train station has direct trains to London, Manchester and Glasgow.

Please note that an early departure fee of GBP 50 will apply if a reservation is amended after 16:00 on the day of arrival. The hotel recommends that guests intending to eat at the busy Pendigo's Restaurant book in advance. Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC is having a face elevator. The hotel is currently going through a public area refurbishment where the Reception, Lobby & Lounge Bar is being upgraded. We will see the results at the end of April. During this time we will be operating in a temporary Reception & Bar however we will still be operating our full services. Exceptional
- What did you like most?Staff were really kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our children's stay one to remember with a goodie bag and some chocolate. Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast really nice and had plenty of choice for all. Overall the hotel was the perfect location and place to stay those pre flight trips away or concerts at the BP pulse live arena.
