- What did you like most?Room size, in room fridge, hotel location, quietness, iron and ironing board, smart TV and TV size,
- Was there anything you didn't like?Check in was impersonal, we were not offered a cookie, we were not offered the breakfast option or any basic info about the hotel facilities. The room had a bad smell until we turned on the Aircon, we had towels for one person and a dirty one had been left hanging. Only decaf coffee was available. The hand-wash soap bottle had been broken off the wall and left next to the sink. The curtain had stains that looked like dry blood.
