There is also a restaurant available on-site. Suites at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa offer a Cable TV and in-room movies. A comfortable seating area and a mini-bar are also provided. All suites feature a view of the courtyard or pool. The Hotel Plaza Beverly Hills offers a private courtyard with a hot tub and poolside cabanas. While staying at this upscale hotel, guests receive a discount on select spa services. Le Petit Cafe and Bar is open all day and serves a variety of American dishes. Guests can sit in the cafe, in the garden or the pool area to enjoy their meal. This hotel is within 15 minutes' drive of Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach. The Los Angeles Convention Center is 20 minutes' drive away. Rodeo Drive is 1.5 mi from the property. Important Notice: Renovations (October 6 – October 27, 2025) Please be advised that renovations will be taking place from October 6 – October 27, 2025 (approximately 3 weeks). Please note: When booking a nonrefundable reservation, the credit card used to provide payment must be present at the time of check-in. The property is under renovation from October 28th, 2025 to November 3rd, 2025. Please be advised that renovation work is underway in the East Wing of our property, where the Plaza Luxury Suites and outdoor heated pool are located. While the pool and surrounding area will remain open, guests will experience noise and construction activity. Work is scheduled Monday through Saturday from approximately 9:00 AM

- What did you like most?The hotel itself is nice and the location is very good and convenient.
- Was there anything you didn't like?However, our room was not ready on time, which was disappointing. The staff offered us a better room as compensation, and we appreciate that gesture. Still, we would like to point out that a better room was not really necessary for us. Since we were unable to access our room at the scheduled time, a late check-out would have been a more suitable solution. I asked for a late check-out several times, but instead of considering this request, the staff continued to offer only a room upgrade. While we understand that they wanted to compensate us, the focus seemed to be solely on providing a better room rather than addressing what we actually needed. Additionally, our room was located on a higher floor, and we had to carry very large and heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs ourselves. Unfortunately, because of this, I strained my back. We strongly believe that luggage should be delivered to the room, especially when it is on higher floors. In summary, our overall experience was good, but there are areas where service could be improved — particularly regarding timely room preparation, better flexibility with late check-out requests, and assistance with luggage.
