Stay Central Hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the historic Royal Mile. Located in the Cowgate, this lively budget hotel is in Edinburgh's Old Town, within half a mile of Princes Street. It surrounds the Three Sisters bar, a pub and nightclub that hosts entertainment and lively events nightly. Dating back to 1621, the Stay Central Hotel retains many original features. Its rooms with attached bathroom each have a flat-screen TV and on-demand movies, an iPod docking station, tea and coffee-making facilities and a bathroom with a rainfall-style shower. Guests can relax outside the hotel, where there is an outdoor plasma screen and seating areas that are part of The Three Sisters cobbled courtyard, which attracts a diverse mix of locals and tourists. Excellent place to stay
- What did you like most?Supreme location, friendly & helpful staff (shutout to John, Nadia, Amber and Maciek), sunny room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There were issues with the electricity in my room.
Amazing Stay
- What did you like most?It's a cosy hotel, with lovely staff, and very close to everything in the old town. A convenience shop and a pub serving food are very close by. The Royal Mile is about 6 minutes walk and the castle about 11. It is extremely good value for money.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bathroom door was frosted, and as a group of friends, it was a bit awkward.
