- What did you like most?Room was nice
- Was there anything you didn't like?At 10pm on the Saturday night of our stay, the next room was making really loud banging and smashing sounds as though he was breaking the room. This became scary for my wife as we were not sure if he was going to break into our room. Around 12 police officers, including armed police, made it even more concerning. At 2am, i asked the police if it was safe to stay in my room, to which i was told to stay in my room and keep quiet until they had dealt with him. The man was arrested around 3.30 am and sectioned as we could hear every word said as most of the police were outside of our door form the moment they arrived, which meant we did not sleep and couldn't wait to leave. I did not expect this experience when paying for a premium hotel in the city of london. Ruined the romantic weekend planned for my wife's 40th, we were left very disappointed.
Absolutely outstanding services and staff, wouldnt change it for the world.
