Much nicer hotels to stay...
- What did you like most?The room was spacious, clean and check in was fairly good. Apart from having to go back to reception to get cards activated for the room. Claudia was extremely polite and courteous , she is a credit to your hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The fact I had to get dressed at 12.30am to tell the reception staff to turn their music down as I could not sleep. I then was unable to get settled for the rest of the night. When I went to reception the staff were in night time attire. Fleecy snoods - not professional at all. Within the restaurant at breakfast there were many tables that had not been cleared, so places to sit were limited, food was luke warm and rubbery. Your staff require training in customer service and professionalism.
