Unfortunately not what it looks on Booking
- What did you like most?The friendliness of Reception Mgr Mr. Ricardo to accept our cancellation after check in, because our booked room was not available for the length of our stay, the location was not like shown as in the pictures and the beach in front of the hotel was not accessible because of heavy construction. But staff was helpful and understandable and allowed us to check out and not charging us. BIG THANK YOU for this.

The construction in Boca grande is ongoing since 18 month and there is no advice on the website of Intercontinental nor on Booking that the beach they show is not accessible and you need to walk 2 or 3 blocks to get access to it. The rooms they showed us were also smelling moldy. I posted the picture from the website to compare with reality.
