Beautiful adults-only resort with great pools, fun atmosphere, and comfortable rooms
- What did you like most?The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The pools were amazing, with entertaining activities that really helped create a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day. Most of the staff was welcoming and friendly, and while customer service styles vary culturally, overall the experience was positive. The food was mixed as expected in an all-inclusive resort, some buffet and restaurant options were very good, while others were just average, but there was plenty of variety. Drinks were generous with alcohol, the fruit was fresh and delicious, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. The room was spacious, very clean, and everything worked properly. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a nice view that made the stay even better.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The shower design allowed water to spill outside the shower area and wet the bathroom floor, which could be improved. The beach area was a bit dirty, likely due to the nearby boats; if it were kept cleaner, it would significantly enhance the experience.
Beautiful Resort with mediocre food.
- What did you like most?Location of the resort and the grounds were perfect. The staff was also great. The food gets a 5 out of 10. Good variety of food, but not very good quality food.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The food could have been much better. It was definitely the low point of the stay. Nice restaurants and bars but the food quality was lacking.
