- What did you like most?Everything was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped the rooms were. Having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was incredibly convenient and made our stay feel very comfortable and easy. The reception area is absolutely gorgeous, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff were lovely and made everything effortless from start to finish. One of our favourite moments was coming back from shopping with my sister to find our parents relaxing in the sitting area, sipping whisky and listening to the calming music. It was such a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Tuly the perfect vibe.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Although breakfast was always delicious and filling, I would have loved a full breakfast menu. Bacon would have taken my 9 to an 11.
Disappointing
- What did you like most?The staff were friendly and helpful The lobby area was cozy and smelled good I loved the easy check-in and check-out process The location was perfect for our needs
- Was there anything you didn't like?The soundproofing in the rooms was awful; you could hear all the noise from the street. The windows did not lock properly, and you could feel the air coming from outside as if they were open. The heater was not working properly, and the room was freezing. There was an outside generator noise that kept going for the entire time. The toilet sink was flooding. This was not my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience felt quite different this time in a less positive way.
