- What did you like most?The location was good, and the room was clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The fridge didn't work, when I asked around most customers didn't work. I asked the manager he as much told me that was the way it would stay. Even though I'd medication to be kept refrigerated. He told me he could put it in their fridge downstairs, which wasn't any good for me. The safe door was laying open, as the cleaner apparently leaves it like that. My daughter walked into it and knocked herself on to the bed,getting 3 cuts on her head. When I spoke with the receptionist on leaving the hotel, I explained about this as I didn't want anyone else to get hurt. She said she would get the manager as it should be reported. He walked past us and didn't bother to have the manners to speak with us. She came back to us, said she'd told him. Really poor communication

- Was there anything you didn't like?Not keen on the photos in the rooms,. The portraits were a bit odd! Hooks on bathroom door would be useful
