- Was there anything you didn't like?I don't like that they refuse to answer me or my travel agency about a refund for one due because we had to leave due to a snow storm at home. They refuse to answer the phone and just don't connect with us or hang up and let it ring. I don't like that there is no contact what so ever, and when you try to call they hang up on you or give you attitude and hang up on you! They try to sell you everything and then some FOR HOURS. I don't want your vacation club! The room smelled like poop the entire time. It was humid and sticky in there no matter where the air was set and our fridge was warm the entire time even though we asked for it fixed constantly. Overall my husband & I feel scammed.
