Extremely Disppointed

- Was there anything you didn't like?It is old and outdated in many areas. The alcohol options are extremely limited and disappointing. One beer (local Presidente) and very poor and cheap brand for liquor. No US name brands. The food was not very good at all. A huge buffet selection, but all bland. Too many food lines and only one restaurant took reservations. Such small restaurants with too limited seating to accommodate all the hotel guests! Cannot really take advantage of the “all-inclusive” package due to this. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. The front desk was polite, but my reservation on Booking.com was for 2 rooms with 2 guests each and names them, but was told at checkin that it was for 1 guest in each room and was charged an additional $140+ each room. Very disappointed and will not return. This should not be a Hyatt brand!
